Full Stack .NET Developer
AmpliFi Capital Corp is seeking an experienced full-stack developer proficient in C#/.NET Framework to join our growing company. We are looking for someone who can create and enhance functionalities in our existing platform, as well as work as part of a team to maintain and enhance legacy code. This includes taking part in implementing new features as well as making bug fixes in existing code. You will also be responsible for developing tests for the code that you write. Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .NET HTML, CSS and other technology
- Ability to create / manage data connectors from various data sources, like RDBMS, NoSQL, Files, APIs, etc.
- Manages the technical design and coding software from concept to finished product, in order to deliver the requirements of the Insights and Analytics team
- Consultation with end users within the Insights and Analytics department to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance performance and cut cost
- Providing ideas to help enhance the existing pipeline and software applications
- Managing source code with Git, including Git Workflow
- Mapping data in MySQL to continue standard integration practices
- Code new software solutions to fulfill project requirements
- Maintain and drive enhancements and performance gains of Data Lake / Data Repositories, data inflows and outflows. Work with appropriate third-party platforms in which data is sourced from (ex: QBO, AWS, Net Suite, Shopify, etc.)
- Coordinate work between the Insights and Analytics team and IT partners to source, collect, harmonize, and integrate operationally relevant data from multiple systems across the enterprise
- Develop and operationalize machine learning & analytical intelligence tools to both better understand our client’s business and leverage predictive capabilities
- Identify and pursue automation capabilities to minimize and eliminate manual processes for reporting and operational management (i.e., automated triggers / flags alerting managers to potential issues)
- Participation in daily standups to ensure that the fortnightly sprint cycles are met
- Creating technical documents and training staff
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
Basic Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience of development in C# application/.NET Framework development
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience within a Full Stack .NET development role
- Experience with REST APIs, Windows Server, IIS
- 5+ years working with SQL and a database management system (ideally MySQL, SQL Server and other systems are a plus)
- Knowledge of software systems and frameworks including AnglularJS, Git, GitHub, and .NET.
- Experience with object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
- Experience with running applications in a cloud environment
- Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with BI toolsets
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic perspective
- Excellent proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to an Agile Development Methodology would be beneficial
- Experience of building web applications using JavaScript/jQuery/Angular 4+ would be beneficial
